- As per West Bengal Financial Rules 47 B volume-I W.B.C.A.D.C. is direct supplying Agency for supplying woolen jersey and cardigan to the Offices of the State Government and Central Government like (A.G Bengal).
- To meet up the demand from different Govt. Department like Kolkata Police, West Bengal Police, Home Guard NTC etc.
- Two production units of the knitted woolen jersey and cardigan are being run by the W.B.C.A.D.C. in Ranaghat-II Project (Aranghata) and Kalimpong Project.
- Women of Self Help Group are engaged in this programme. This is a unique programme of income generating for needy women in local area. Demand of woolen jersey from different Department are increasing day to day.
- Jute and cotton bag making unit are being run by W.B.C.A.D.C. Boinchi Project (Hooghly) to meet up the demand of different W.B.C.A.D.C. Project for packing of Foundation and Certified seeds.
- This programme has vital role. About 40 nos women and men of the locality are engaged in this programme, W.B.C.A.D.C. also supplied packing materials for seed to W.B.S.S.C.L. This programme has an impact as an income generated programme.
